My Journey

I start my story with a visionary quote of a Great leader of all times which is my favorite.

“Keep your thoughts cleaner than pure water”  Imam Ali (A.S)

Our thoughts play a powerful role in shaping our lives. We become what we repeatedly think, as thoughts create our reality.

My journey of self-discovery and personal growth began back in 2009 when I faced numerous life challenges. I felt lost, unmotivated, and consumed by constant negative thoughts without any clear way to handle them. One challenge after another compounded, leaving me anxious, struggling with panic attacks, low self-esteem, loss of appetite, and a fear of the unknown. Negativity seemed to circle endlessly, and I was desperately searching for a way out.

It’s often said that when problems come, they rarely come alone but bring additional burdens. This was my experience—each day felt increasingly challenging. These repetitive, negative experiences finally pushed me to seek solutions.

At one point, I reached out to a higher power, saying, “Show me the way or end this cycle.” I knew I couldn’t continue living like this. And as the saying goes, “What you seek is seeking you.” I was guided to the path of self-help and began exploring the works of many authors, including Napoleon Hill, Stephen Covey, Andrew Carnegie, Dale Carnegie, Eckhart Tolle, Robin Sharma, Louise Hay, Dr. Neeti Kushak, Kartika Nair, Subha, Sada Hussain, Syed Shareef, and Syed Ghulam Ali Shah, to name a few. Each of these authors became a stepping stone on my journey to healing.

A few years ago, after experiencing a panic attack at work, I decided it was time to find a lasting solution. I discovered my current mentor, Howard, a world-renowned hypnotherapist. With his guidance, I overcame panic attacks, anxiety, and negative thinking within just a few sessions. His ongoing post-hypnotic support, humble approach, and genuine care helped me regain my life. Howard also encouraged me to study hypnotherapy, and with his support, I earned my diploma with distinction.

Before becoming a well-being coach, I spent over 18 years in the corporate world with various American multinational companies. This experience allowed me to develop expertise in business management while working with diverse teams and individuals through both challenging and rewarding situations.

So, here I am to help others on their journey and make a positive, lasting difference in their lives.
